If there is any truth to the rumor that the Joke in Chief is trying to get the Supreme Court to allow confiscation without a warrant, then there will be real problems.

we say that…and i’m sure a few will cause problems…but i guarantee they already know who 90% of us are…they will send a 100 officers with helicopters, drones, armored vehicles to some “badasses” home and make an example of him and his family…and then to a few more…and people will turn that shit in like candy…it sucks and i hope it doesn’t happen but we all know it will…
Texas has a couple of bills working through the Republican control legislative that will prohibit state, county, and municipal law enforcement from enforcing or assisting federal law enforcement in enforcing federal gun laws. Governor Abbott has already said he would sign it once it reaches his desk. It will also make it a criminal offense for Texas peace officers to assist. Blue state have already shown these types of laws are legal and will hold up to court challenges with their laws prohibiting local law enforcement from assisting ICE.
