Ok, no guarantees but I’m trying to set up a deal for those Mini-14 mags from Tapco. Will know in a day or two.

Looking forward to the details. Thanks.

Ooh! Ooh! Me! Me!
Good news of the day!
you are going to make me go buy a mini-14 ain’t ya? 😀
I’m good for some.
Interested
I could use a few. 20 or 30 rounds?
Yet again, I curse the Canadian federal government for limiting center fire semi-auto mags in to 5 rounds. Oh well, I got mine… hehehe…
Dontyou have some US PO Box just on the very edge of the border that you can come drive down and get your mail?
I would love to have a US PO but I don’t because of logistics. First, one has to provide US ID and I’m not a US resident. Then there’s the time involved to get to the PO box. I’m around three hours north of the border so to check the mail would mean a long day. Then there’s the biggest issue of all, the risk of Canada Customs finding the mags. Up here any center fire magazine that holds more than 5 rounds and is for a semi auto rifle is prohibited, so getting caught means jail time with the minimum being five years.
It really isn’t a huge issue, the feds have mandated that the mags be pinned with pop rivets to only hold 5 rounds and I have a dozen of these pinned mags. The nice thing is, should there be a need I can remove the pins, they are easily drilled out. If it keeps the proles from loosing sleep, who am I to argue.
