SO many nations to choose from.. who do you think is the biggest threat to the US today? ‘Threat’ can mean anything you want it to..economic, military, culture, whatever. Who do you think we need to be keeping an eye on?

I think we, the USofA is the greatest threat to ourselves. The dirty deals, attempts by “the swamp” to frame and remove a legally elected President, the corruption at the highest levels and beyond…
We do not have to worry about some other nation harming us. We’ve shot ourselves in the nuts with a 12 gauge.
Its going to be US politicians who screw up America and the world. They are working on that now with the trade war they are starting. One among many horrible things we allow them to do.
The HIV, TB, and drug and alcohol abuse rates in Russia are extremely high, which makes them a big disease reservoir. Russia’s economy’s not so hot, and they’re set up for a possible population collapse. Russia as a failed state is a scary proposition.
I pick Israel. Not because they are a direct threat to the US but, because we seem to be obligated to bail them out if something happens they can’t handle. And since Israel has shown itself to be quite capable in its own national defense, if the US had to get militarily involved, you can bet it would be a BFD. The Chinese would sit back and watch it all happen. Way easier to let their opponents do each other in, then pick up the remaining pieces. So, Israel to get things started, China at the finish line.
