Later under medication/dose/due I put ” Pizza 1/4 pie 5pm”, “Ice cream as indicated 5:07 pm”. Under “Family Contact” I’d written “Frankly, theyre pretty much done putting up with him too.” I left “Oral Care” alone because, frankly, it was too easy. No honor in it.
May you have a speedy recovery!
Well, you could just wear the robe backwards cause its easier to tie but that might get people upset . . .
Get healed man, sounds like your sense of humor is already back.
I was giving a patient the pre-procedure spiel when he interrupted me by saying “Oh, I KNOW how to put on the hospital gown”. I finished my lecture and left the room. Sure enough, not five minutes later, he’s waltzing down the not-uncrowded hall, gown on backwards, with Mr. Happy hanging out for everyone to admire. Naturally, I got blamed.
Why is it n one thinks outside the envelope and wears TWO gowns?
Put the first one on as intended and knot the ties in back. Then put the second gown on backwards and wear it untied like a bathrobe.
Bonus point for wearing a telemetry unit gown and using the telemetry pocket at center chest as a way to carry your cell phone and tv remote.
As it’s CZ in MT a NAA mini would be more like it. a Glock 26 may be a bit big.
Actually, we do that for patients all the time.
Which? The CZ, or the NAA, or the Glock 26?
It would be worst if you did and no one notices.
Grazie!
