Taurus 627 Triad.
That, my friends, is the name of what is going to be my next revolver. Check it out, its shoots .38, .357 or 9mm (using moon clips)…and if it’ll shoot 9mm then it should also shoot .38 S&W as well and also .380 ACP with moon clips. Thats FIVE calibers out of one gun.
I must have one.
EDIT: And .38 Super….
And maybe 9×23, 9×21, 9mm Largo, 9mm Bayard also.
Maybe.
But definitely .38 Super.
Oddly enough, Tarus’s web site has nothing listed for it. And a google search proved fruitless.

That’s a new one on me. What is it, a revisit of the Medusa idea?
Wow, what a survival gun…
ha!
sounds like a scifi “willygun”, that used all types of ammo up to micro nuke types.( The “Sten” series)
what be next?
Do you have a burning urge to shoot .38 super?
I have a burning urge to shoot whatever I scrounge off of dead looters, cops, national guardsmen and IPSC shooters.
Merry Christmas!
Fair ’nuff. Doubt you’ll run into many USPSA guys when the balloon goes up though. 🙂
Along with the Triad, I’m also waiting for Taurus to release the Thunderbolt, a .357/.38 pump action rifle. If it looks half as good as the pictures, it’s going to be a beauty.
