Once the avalanche has started it is too late for the pebbles to vote…….
Just got off the phone with my magazine vendor. She tells me CProducts is 100,000 magazines in the hole. Additionally, recall how I said the price went up 20% the other day? Since yesterday the price jumped another 30%.
Phone call went like this:
Vendor: Hi this Lacey, can I help you?
Me: Hi Lacey, Im gonna ask you the same question youve been asked 100 times today…
Lacey: How much ar AR mags?
Me: Wow! You must be psychic! Quick, how many fingers am I holding up?
Lacey: WHen I tell the price, one finger.
Me: I bet I know which finger that’ll be.
The remaining inventory of AR mags that I have are being pulled off the shelf. Time to sit and wait and see what happens.
That jives with the note I got yesterday about them being 3-4 weeks behind along with Stag.
Here’s an article in the NYT that made me think of you two… even mentions Missoula, MT.

Mr. Pruett said that sales last Saturday, just before Election Day, ran about seven times higher than a typical good Saturday.
A spot check by reporters in four other states easily found Mr. Pruett’s comments echoed from both sides of the counter.
David Nelson, a co-owner of Montana Ordnance & Supply in Missoula, Mont., said his buyers were “awake and aware and see a dangerous trend.”
It amazes me that so many people waited until the last minute to stock up. It’s always scary when you realize you may not be able to get an item in the future, but we’ve known this was coming for a long time!
