P95DC Redux^4

Even though I’ve become rather taken with the Palmetto Daggers for their ability to operate in the Glock environment, I still have a problem resisting when I see a P95DC for less than $200.

It has gotten to the point that I now store them in 5-gun pistol cases. And there are several of those cases. As soon as I get Commander Zero’s Post Nuclear Bunker Of Love And Lingerie Proving Ground built, several of these will be quietly hidden under the floorboards.

  1. It is wise to plan and prepare for the future. All the futures you can.
Do you have a plan for being elderly, knowing the final hill is under your feet, and owning tons of hardware and supplies?

  2. The Ruger P series is one of the best values to be found in a quality sidearm. They are great assets to hold, especially at the prices you are able to buy them.

  3. At the price points indicated, and with p95 street cred durability being a definitive known, this is a wise collecting hobby. Although this model does not have a tacti-cool rail on the frame, it will do a yeoman’s service to any anon needing it in the future. Perhaps an autist like schizo packing procedure can be done so the pistol is prepped accordingly and vacuum bag sealed. Along with that a love kit can be parallel stored with the pistol and mags so it can arise ready for full duty. A compact box of ammo and a basic cheap but functional civilian type holster (r hand?) can be bundled together in it’s storage sarcophagus. Thus upon pull out whether13 or 33 years later it can be deployed and ready for service with a necessary, but basic kit. Handout and trade ready merchandise so as to not fumble about in the ruins for bullets or a way to carry it in one’s soon to be very loose starvation sized pants / waistband. Keep at it so as to stay frosty.
