For you local LMI, here’s a heads-up. The Rosauer’s up on South and Reserve has some of the Augusson Farms #10 cans of storage food on sale. (Aisle 6, guys.)

I still have the prices in my iPhone from last time I was there 201 days ago. Price changes:

• Vegetable Stew Mix – $12.99, currently at $11.69
• Vegetable Chicken Soup Mix – $9.49, currently at $10.29
• Butter Powder – $22.89, currently at $18.79
• Whole Egg mix -$17.99, currently at $15.99
• Scrambled Egg Mix -$18.49, currently at $21.09

Interestingly, some things have gone up in price since seven months ago. They carry a few of the other products, including 5-gallon-pails of wheat and oats, but I only recorded the prices of the stuff I was interested in. So…if you’re local, might be a good time to go pick up a few things to round out the food stash. Sale (such as it is) ends May 1.
